The program is focused on bakery pastry shop, and be a place that has space to relax after a hard day, or perhaps just enjoy a delicious cake with a rich hot chocolate in the evening.

In this task we could see how the heat flow modeling our project, since by means of openings and vertical elements could drive the heat and give the space provided for each spatial wanted. For this experience in a wired structure (matrix) in which we use dry ice to represent the heat.
The span on the front (right side of image) is intended for the entry of air, and thus generate more run.
In these sheets represents the heat flow in isometric view, longitudinal and cross sections and plants. In the lamina above the initial hypothesis is the movement of heat, and the sheet below is the representation of how the heat movement in the final structure.
