From August 1 this year the Law 26,413 governs, it says, in regards to birth:
ARTICLE 32. The fact of the birth will be tested: a) The births occurring in medical care management public or private, with a medical certificate to the characteristics of Articles 33 and 34 of this law, signed by the physician, midwife or health worker entitled to effect has attended childbirth
b) births occurring outside medical facility care, medical attention, the same way as above;
c) The births occurred outside care medical facility, no medical care, medical certificate issued by the public health care medical facility with alleged age determination and sex, and if a medical certificate from puerperal state of the mother and the evidence that the local authority determine. It will also require the declaration of TWO (2) witnesses attesting to the place of birth in the jurisdiction concerned, the pregnancy status of the mother and having seen alive newborn, who will sign the birth certificate.
ARTICLE 33. In order to complete the identification described in the previous article l as general directions to be implemented a form, Prenumbered , entitled "Medical Certificate of Birth " in stating:
a) The mother: name, surname, type and number of national identification, age, nationality, address , right thumb print digit;
b) of the newborn: the name by which it entered, sex, gestational age, birth weight and printing plant right if the birth was alive;
c) Type of delivery: single, double or multiple;
d) Name, name, signature, stamp and registration of medical or obstetrical professional or qualified health worker who attended the birth;
e) Date, time and place of birth and clothing of the form;
f) Details of the medical care: full name and address;
g) Comments.
ARTICLE 34. local governments provide general directions to civil registry forms of medical certificates of births, pre-numbered and having in its print structure and safety requirements to ensure its inviolability, for submission to the civil registers. DGs take control of their use.
FROM THE OCTOBER 6, after being requested by letter to the Central Civil Registry Rosario said BIRTH CERTIFICATES PRE-NUMBERED, explaining that follows part of Planned at home (such as exercise free, independent and autonomous of my profession enabled me) I have been granted ; to my name, a number of these new birth certificates Pre-Numbered (renewable as they are used) according to Article 32, subsection B of this Act
Like a private establishment in the case; has been open a bundle and Professional Registry, which enables me to the registration of births at home BBs.
WHAT IT MEANS TO AN INSTITUTION RECOGNIZED BY STATE HOME DELIVERY.
So now we can say in a loud voice that the State has recognized that children are born at home by their parents' wishes, wishing that this event occurs in an intimate, safe and private sectors: home.
